Bombay Management Association (BMA) has been a pioneering force in India’s
management movement for more than seven decades. Established in 1954 by
Late Mr. N. Dandekar, BMA contributed significantly to shaping India’s leadership and management landscape.

In 1957, BMA played a historic role in the formation of the All-India Management Association (AIMA) a rare instance where a local body helped establish the national association.

Today, BMA stands as one of India’s most respected independent, not-for-profit
management associations, dedicated to developing leaders and enabling
organisations to grow through continuous learning.
